Galeotes was created to provide all sizes of companies with strategic services. Galeotes has a key strength in assisting our clients to develop strong cohesive strategies in the network area (data, voice and video) as well as in IT security.

There are many companies that can help you design technical products and deploy these products but there are very few that can assist you by partnering with you at the goal definition stage. Galeotes have methodologies and experience to help create a winning vision and ensure that the right path is taken.

An area that is proving to be very popular with our clients is that of Network Services Procurement. Working with our clients we manage the whole procurement process for data, voice, video, remote access, conference and collaboration services to ensure that the client obtains the best value for money proposal from the carriers of system integrators who will deliver the network. Our engagements inevitably deliver material savings and better network services for our clients.

Vision

Our vision is to partner with companies and work with them to develop winning network and security strategies. We believe that our long term experience in this area delivering effective telecommunications and security project roadmaps that have delivered real business value. We understand that strategic decision making is the perogative of the companies that we deal with but we can provide effective sounding boards, ‘what if?’ thinking and devil’s advocacy that is thought provoking and valuable.

Mission

To achieve the vision stated above the Galeotes approach is to work with our clients in an ongoing relationship, where we get to know the client and vice versa. We would then understand the business and cultural drivers of our client and ensure the input that we can provide is specific and appropriate for their needs.

Although a very new organisation the core team has many years of experience and we can draw on other resources that we have had long term relationships to cover any area of network and security strategy development.
